Dexter Edward Crocker, 64

LEOMINSTER - Dexter Edward Crocker, 64, of Leominster, died Sunday, May14, 2006 at the Highlands in Fitchburg.

He was born in Boston Massachusetts the son of Edward and Blanche (Zovslak) Crocker. He was a graduate of Lowell Tech, with a B.S. in chemistry.

He attended Northeastern University, Boston University and Fitchburg State College. Amateur photographer, loved nature, loved to help others and was a kind, passionate, and sensitive man .He was a Environmental, Health, and Safety supervisor for Colonial Gas Co. of Lowell and Cape Cod for 33 years. After his retirement he taught Algebra at Fitchburg State, Math at Mount Wachusett Community College in Gardner and he also taught Chemistry at Lowell Tech. He also worked with Junior Achievement in Lowell. He was a member of the Mason Lodge. He is survived by his wife of 13 years Jane E. (Bisbee) Crocker, a son Robert Crocker and his companion Erica of Nashua N. H., a daughter Amy Frechette and her husband Marc of Lowell, and his beloved "TJ" two brothers William Crocker of Pepperell, and Richard Crocker of Plymouth N. H., three grandchildren Elizabeth Frechette, Rebekah Frechette, Zaeden Crocker, and many nieces and nephews. Donation may be made to the Activities fund at the Highlands nursing home located on Nichols Road in Fitchburg or the Alzheimers Association.
