Summit Academy School-Leominster receives $2,500 from the recent Mario's Run fundraiser. Mario Balestrieri, age 9, completed three months of Therapeutic Martial Arts training at Summit Academy School. Mario's parents, Steve and Robin Balestrieri, said their son thrived in the program and they were looking for a way to support Summit Academy's educational opportunities for students. After family friend Walter Sokol got to know Mario and heard about his progress in Therapeutic Martial Arts, they set about organizing a fundraiser.
