Fidelity Bank names Leger and Notaro vice presidents

Fidelity Bank, based in Leominster, has promoted Jenn Leger to vice president and cash management operations manager, and James Notaro to vice president, deposit operations, and information manager.

Leger will focus on enhancing its innovative commercial banking products and services.

A 14-year veteran of Fidelity Bank, she has taken on increasing levels of responsibility and was most recently assistant vice president, cash management operations.

“Jenn embraces our LifeDesign culture and maintains a strong client-focused approach,” said Barry Bliss, senior vice president and chief commercial banking officer operation.

Leger lives in Shirley, and has volunteered for The SHINE Initiative’s Keep Your Mind Open event for the last 10 years, as well as other various efforts for The SHINE Initiative. Leger is currently attending the Community Leadership Institute through the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce.

Formerly an assistant vice president, Notaro will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing the overall daily activities of the department. He’ll will work closely with the team to enhance the bank’s use of technology, information, and platforms to improve overall operational delivery and client service.

A resident of Worcester, Notaro has a track record as an innovative thinker and leader who is skilled at driving improvements while always keeping the client in focus. He joined Fidelity Bank in 2005 as an executive assistant and was later promoted to business analyst.

He received his BA from Fitchburg State University and MBA from Bentley University.
