Patricia Caisse Patricia Caisse Patricia Caisse recently joined Leominster-based Fidelity Bank as vice president, branch and business development manager of its Fitchburg office.

In addition, Kristen DiMeco has been promoted to Worcester branch manager and assistant vice president, and Deborah Gray was recently named assistant branch manager in charge of the Princeton branch.

Caisse was vice president and branch manager of TD Bank’s Leominster office. She has 25 years of experience in banking, beginning with Workers Credit Union and later with People’s Savings Bank and Shawmut Bank.

“Pat is a well-known and respected retail banking professional in the Fitchburg/Leominster area,” said President and COO Christopher W. McCarthy. “She prides herself on coaching and motivating others. Pat has had a proven track-record of exceptional client service as well as client development that fits perfectly with our LifeDesign culture.”

Kristen DiMeco Kristen DiMeco Caisse volunteers with the Boys & Girls Club of Fitchburg and Leominster, and is active in the community. She is a native of and resident of Leominster.

DiMeco joined Fidelity Bank in 2015 as the assistant branch manager in Worcester.

“Kristen quickly adapted to our LifeDesign culture and has been a valuable asset to Fidelity Bank in the short time she has been here,” said Laurie Benson, senior vice president and head of retail banking.

Previously, DiMeco played a critical role in assisting the Paxton and Princeton offices while these offices were short-staffed. Her strong leadership and relationship-building skills were key factors in the continued smooth operation of both offices, Benson added.

She has more than 13 years’ experience in banking, previously serving as a branch manager and an assistant branch manager with Clinton Savings Bank.

Deborah Gray Deborah Gray DiMeco attended the American Institute of Banking. She lives in Clinton with her family.

Former Worcester branch manager Ruby Vargas has been named branch manager of the bank’s Leominster Main Street office.

Gray was most recently assistant branch manager with TD Bank in Orange. She was responsible for the daily running of the branch, coaching employees to drive results and delivering exceptional client service. She’ll have the same responsibilities with Fidelity Bank.

Previously she was with Citizens Bank. Before that, she was a sales manager with Staples.

Gray lives in Orange with her family.
